BOSS FIGHT - UL LYON

CONTEXT

Ul Lyon is Urianger, in a sense. He is the primal will and desires of Urianger. He is also reconstructed by magic at the very core of Eorzea, so he is not a regular Primal. Some may call him a God, but he hates that title.

ARENA

His arena would be at the end of a dungeon - the World Tree. At the top, he'd wait. Square arena, walled at first. Ul Lyon tends to spawn at one of the four sides. Between phases, he'll move to another side.

PHASE ONE

Regular Attacks

Illusion Spells - these four are known as the Illusion spells - they go in order first, but then are randomly chosen.

PHASE CHANGE: Divination - Phase Change I. Poison effect (minor) as Ul Lyon glows, and stamps down. Also appears to heal him by 4-5 percent. All illusion, though.

PHASE TWO

PHASE CHANGE: Summon XIV - Summon orbs make the area go white and then Ul Lyon seems to be gone, but Tu Lyon poofs up and becomes more dangerous-looking. (Dungeon boss before?) The arena edges now become vulnrable - if they're hit more then three times by a player or a skill, they collapse. Tu Lyon also can randomly teleport around, like Nabriales.

ADD PHASE

PHASE CHANGE: Stardust - Lowers all HP to 1 HP, but removes all negative buffs. Also knocks out the arena walls fully.

PHASE THREE

PHASE BEGIN: Not only will you resume trial from here if you fail, but you'll get a full heal. He becomes full beast, with a voice line. "If you'll not slaughter an ally, then..." Ul Lyon also will not auto-aggro.

ENRAGE TIMER: Death of the Rift - insta-death, one at a time, using the FFTA death appearing and taking them.

END OF BATTLE: Ul Lyon returns to Urianger, and doesn't say anything. He has no words left. He simply kneels, and lets himself fade away.
